Minister for Justice (Deputy Helen McEntee): I can inform the Deputy that the person concerned has brought a Judicial Review to the High Court. As the case is before the courts and therefore sub judice it would not be appropriate for me to comment further at this time.

This service enables up to date information on such cases to be obtained without the need to seek information by way of the Parliamentary Questions process.
